We are Jan Hare & Jo Hughes

Together we are Full Stop Party Catering @ Nonya Kitchen. We have over 25 years of experience of working within the hospitality industry and in this time we have developed our own special blend of party catering service.

Jan Hare has been working extensively in the catering industry for the past 15 years. Her early years were spent working along side professional chefs helping them create outstanding cuisine for clients such as Harrods and Partridges.

However, after working as a freelance chef she discovered her real passion is for outside catering; and it is with this passion and skill that has led her to cater for Royalty and Government. She approaches every event, no matter the size with real dedication and enthusiasm and she is able to meet clients’ needs using her culinary flair to create the perfect event every time.

Jo Hughes has worked with Nonya Kitchen from its inception. Started in 1994 by her mother, it originally specialised in South East Asian cuisine, and over the years has built a great reputation supplying handmade canapés for the restaurant, hotel and catering trade. Jo has been trained to deliver an excellent front of house service that always goes that extra mile.
